Easy Herb Mayo

This zesty spread will transform any regular mayonnaise into something spectacular.

Add to a BLT, a Club, or a plain ole sandwich, and your sandwich will be taken to the next level. It is also pretty darn good thrown in some shredded chicken to make a chicken salad.

Easy Herb Mayo

In a medium sized bowl, add about a cup of mayonnaise. Press the garlic through a garlic press or mash onto a cutting board to make a paste and add to the mayo. Add some salt, chives, parsley, dill, lemon juice, paprika, and some pepper.

Stir until well combined, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons chives, minced
  • 1 tablespoon flat-leaf parsley, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium sized bowl, add the mayonnaise. Press the garlic through a garlic press or mash onto a cutting board to make a paste and add to the mayo. Add the salt, chives, parsley, dill, lemon juice, paprika, and pepper. Stir until well combined. 
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. 
  3. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. 
  4. Spread onto a BLT, a turkey sandwich, or stir in some shredded chicken for chicken salad.
