Beef in Europe is super pricey and it can be difficult to find a desired cut that also fits your budget.
Because of this, I found a perfect recipe to marinate steaks to make the meat tender, as well as pack in a TON of flavor. This marinade is absolutely delicious and can transform a cheap cut of steak into a piece of great, tender steak!
ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme leaves
- steak
instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Place marinade in a large resealable bag.
- Add up to 2 pounds of steak and marinade at least 1 hour or up to 4 hours.
- Remove steaks, discard marinade, and grill or broil to desired temperature.

This was amazing! The first time we used dried herbs and the second time fresh– just as good both times! Definitely our new go to for marinade.
