Do you ever need ideas to whip a really quick meal together in just a few minutes?
This is your meal! The kids love it, Aric loves it, and mama loves that there is minimal effort and clean up.

ingredients
- 3-4 cups Chili Cheese Fritos
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 3/4 cup water
- 1-15 ounce can Ranch Style or pinto beans
- 1 -10.5 ounce can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- lettuce, for serving
- tomatoes, for serving
- avocado, for serving
- sour cream, for serving

- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Arrange Fritos in a 9×9-inch baking dish. Set aside.
- Brown ground beef and onions in a large skillet, breaking it up when browning. When cooked, sprinkle in taco seasoning and water. Simmer until water is absorbed and sauce thickens.
- Meanwhile, combine cheese soup and milk in a small saucepan over medium heat and whisk until smooth.
- Pour the ground beef mixture over the Fritos, top the beef with a can of beans, then top with the cheddar cheese soup mixture. Lastly, sprinkle the shredded cheddar over the soup mixture.
- Bake for 10 minutes until cheese has melted and is bubbly. Serve with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and sour cream.
